| What's in a name? |
We know that our clients have the first priority for every dollar available to recover their claims. Sometimes, this is no problem.
The third party insurer recognizes its responsibility and when we submit it in the proper way with the proper documentation, they pay promptly and completely. But this doesn’t always happen.
Sometimes there is complicated litigation about who is actually responsible for these claims. Sometimes there is disagreement about the allocation of settlement funds. And, sometimes third party payers simply resist or delay accepting their responsibility … either all or in part. |

| Part of the reason we started this company is that we recognized that not every subrogation company has such a total commitment not only to
recover every penny due its clients, but that its clients’ claims have first priority in cases of disagreement or conflicting claims. Because our founder has lifelong experience in this and related fields, he has been able to organize and direct our work with this point of view as a prime aspect of our corporate mission, value statement and priority. That’s how we got our name. Now, of course, it also represents our status as the industry leader among firms like ours. Which is a nice evolution. |
